Executing the In-Store Promotion of a TSC’s New Loyalty Program

Launching a rewards program is never easy. There are the basics that need to get covered… but we needed to go beyond that.

Along with the TSC team, we created the design concepts and decided on the signage that would be necessary to bring awareness to their newly launched loyalty program.

We also wanted it to be frictionless for the stores while maintaining an eye on cost. In that vein, we took efforts to right-size orders based on unique store layouts resulting in the right items delivering to the right stores…every time.
