Custom Wine Kit

The Family Coppola RFP Response

To demonstrate NVISION’s knowledge of the wine space, display NV3’s creativity, and showcase our commitment to continued innovation, a custom wine kit was created for an RFP. The kit contained a unique necker and QR code to showcase a product that combined print and new technology to deliver information and pricing back for the RFP.

The client received the wine boxes (1&2) via FedEx.

When opened, their attention was directed to the custom necker (3) that we created. The Necker contained directions on how to activate the RFP Response Experience.

The first step was scanning the QR code contained on the necker (which we designed to work with any smartphone regardless of carrier or phone manufacturer).

Once scanned, they were brought to the app store where they could download an Augmented Reality app in a simple two click process.

With the app open, the user was directed to hover their phone over the wine label (4) which triggered a video produced by NV3 of our GM and VP introducing themselves and our RFP response, which was followed by a movie trailer of how our organizations could work together which played off of Francis Coppola’s background in directing.

The video closed with instructions to open the cork (5) to access the response.
